Return/Exchange policy
- You may return/exchange any unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must include original packaging.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the shop for a refund.
- Custom made Items may not be returned
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
So you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process.
- Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost).
- Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent. Your financial institute may take up to seven business days to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel an order after the order has been packaged and prepared for departure there may be a 15% restocking fee.
